Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Enrile, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,225,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Maintenance of Municipal, Barangay, and Farm to Market Roads, at Enrile, Cagayan with ITB NO. 24-12-I28. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
