Project Title & Code: Maintenance of Glass Partitions at PMO Offices, Port of Cagayan de Oro (MPF-MOC-74-2025)
Project Location: Port of Cagayan de Oro

The Philippine Ports Authority - PMO Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro (PPA PMO MOC), through the PPA Corporate Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 only (₱ 880,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the abovementioned project. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).

Completion of the Works shall be required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP)

The PPA PMO MOC invites potential Bidders with Platinum membership in PhilGEPS to apply for eligibility and to bid for the abovementioned project.

Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, per GPPB resolution No. 03-2009...
