Preventive Maintenance
Schedule maintenance and inspections to ensure assets and services achieve their full operational capacity;
Manage planned and unplanned maintenance;
Organize labor force from service provider and end user technical staff; and
Identify/provide repairs and/or solutions earlier to address anticipated issues (i.e. bugs, new releases, etc) for LMS and server.
