Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration - Cagayan-Batanes Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act of 2020 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty Two Thousand Pesos (P 2,742,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. NCB-CBIMO-OMNISPIS-14-20.
