  SCOPE OF WORK:
  
  1. Perform a monthly periodic inspection, tests, service repair, and preventive maintenance of the elevator unit and its associated mechanical and electrical components by qualified elevator technicians with the appropriate tools and equipment.
  
  2. Clean, adjust, and/or lubricate machinery controller, doors, lock, guides, bearings, and all safety devices and accessories including hoisting and governor ropes, guides, rails, switches, and electrical systems and wirings.
  
  3. Respond to calls of the Procuring Entity and/or its authorized representatives for complaints that need repair and/or replacement of parts or components of such elevator upon approval of the Office.
  
  4. Submit a written report to the Chief, General Services Section of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources with recommendations, if any, on the outcome of preventive maintenance service, repair, and/or respond to the emergency ...
