- Capacity: 9000 person/hr.
- Speed: 30 mpm
A. Monthly preventive maintenance services, emergency repair of work,
routine inspection as the case may be, to be conducted by qualified &
competent escalator servicemen for the purpose of systematically
examining the escalators, cleaning and adjustment of all motors, controls
and safety devices, greasing and oiling of all bearing.
B. Provide free grease and lubricants ( except gear oil and hydraulic Oil ),
cleaning materials & replacement parts as follows, as they may apply:
- Relay Spring - Lubricating Oil
- Relay Shunt - Connectors
- Relay Contracts - Terminal Lugs
- Carbon Contacts - Flourescent Ballast
- Flourescent Starter - Screws and Bolts
- Carbon Contact Holder
- Fuses (excepts for main power supply to the motors)
