Description : 1.The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office DENR- PENRO, Pampanga, through the
Sub-Allotment Advise No. R3-101-2025-10-229, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,200,000.00) for the Maintenance and Improvement of Linear Parks in Guagua, Apalit, Masantol and Magalang, Pampanga for which this Request for Quotation is issued.

2.The PENRO Pampanga, through its Provincial Bids and Awards Committee, invites eligible Community or Social Groups within Pampanga, to submit duly signed proposal/quotation not later than November 19, 2025 at 5:00PM. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days.

3. Interested Community or Social Groups must submit the following documents (as prescribed in Appendix 35 of the Updated 2016 IRR of RA 9184):
