Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR MAGAT DAM POWER
INTAKE OVER VELOCITY DEVICE (PHASE 1)
1. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System,
Dam & Reservoir Division, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY-2024
intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (₱50,000,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Magat Dam Power
Intake Over Velocity Device (Phase 1) with a Contract ID No. 2026-MARIIS-DRDCOB-
IGF-INFRA-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System,
Dam & Reservoir Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required within two hundred forty (240) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
