1.The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos & 73/100 (Php19,370,625.73) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Madongon CIS; Proposed Diversion Works and Canal Lining; Repair of Communal Irrigation System Fund; CY 2026 under Contract No. INIMO-2026-03-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
