1. The PRESIDENT RAMON MAGSAYSAY STATE UNIVERSITY, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT 2025 (GAA 2025) intends to apply the sum of PHP 1,810,000.00 (item 1: FDM 3D Printer - PHP 330,000.00; item 2: Total Station - PHP 800,000.00; item 3: Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) - PHP 280,000.00; item 4: Air Conditioning Unit - PHP 400,000.00)) being the ABC to payments under the contract for MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT OUTLAY - ITB No.: GOODS 2025-06-011-2.0. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
