SCOPE OF WORK
The work and services to be performed by the Contractor for this undertaking shall essentially consist of, but not limited to the following:
A. 1.0 PREPARATION OF OBO-COMPLIANT APPLICABLE DRAWING PLANS AND DESIGNS
B. Mobilization/establishment of Contractors complete construction camp and other facilities;
C. CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM (To provide safety signages and PPE-s on the whole duration of the project. First aid kit must be present at the site and shall be turned-over to NPC after the completion of the project, if not used.)
D. MATERIALS AND STRENGTH TESTING
E. REINFORCEMENT STEEL BAR WORKS DSB
F. MASONRY WORKS
G. INSTALLATION OF G.I. CYCLONE WIRE MESH, STEEL PIPE SCHED. 40, ANGULAR BAR, LETTERING OF PSALM / NPC LOGO
H. ROOFING WORKS
I. TRUSSES WORKS
J. PAINTING WORKS
K. ELECTRICAL WORKS
L. Demobilization including clearing of site/demolition of Contractor-s camp facilities.
