Description : Service Provider requirements:
a.) Within Puerto Galera area only
b.) Must not be more than two (2) kilometers travel to UP CRADLE in Puerto Galera
c.) Provides Food Allergen Labeling for Consumer Protection for each menu.
d.) Must be in the restaurant and catering business industry
e.) Caters to both corporate and social events with thematic styling
f.) Eco-friendly service materials, will not use “single-use plastics”
g.) Incharge in securing ingress and egress permits.

1. Catering Service for 140 guests on 18 March 2025 (Tuesday)

• Buffet Lunch for 140 pax
- Buffet Lunch must be with rice, one (1) vegetable, two (2) meat or fish (Beef, Chicken or pork, fish : no preference for cream dory fish), with dessert and beverage (iced tea/water)
• AM and PM snacks for 140pax
- Snacks should consist of either bread, pancit, local suman, turon, or other light, easily consumable meals suitable for participants. This should be served with coffee and water.
