Description : 1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local School Board Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (Php259,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the purchase & delivery of IT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase & delivery of various IT Equipment. Delivery is Fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The prospective bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. 38 Refer to Appendix 9 for the Guidelines in the Determination of Eligibility of Foreign Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants to Participate in Government Procurement Projects.
