The National Irrigation Administration - Zamboanga Sibugay Irrigation Management Office through the RESTO-CIS CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 09/100 Only (Php 5,650,473.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NIAREG9-12152025-RESTO-CISCY2026-1070 (INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
