1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (Php988,830.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Supply and Delivery of Various MEDICAL SUPPLIES for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Hospital (DOPH) - Lupon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
