1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE PESOS (Php1,399,999.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Supply and Delivery of ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES for use in the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Tourism Mansion and Kanato Hall (Electrical Works). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
