Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the through Hospital Income Execom Resolution 2025-003 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 150,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the lot procurement of tri-wheel vehicle in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The procurement project consists of lot items and shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 53.9 of RA 9184, as amended by RA 12009, and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
3. Interested suppliers must submit a duly signed Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form, together with certified true copies of the following eligibility documents:
o Valid PhilGEPS Registration
o Mayor-s Permit
o Tax Clearance
