  Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 144,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Meals and Snacks for the JVGH Performance and Budget Utilization Review and Iso Implementation Monitoring. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
  2. The procurement project shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 34.1 of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
  3. Interested suppliers must submit a duly signed Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form, together with certified true copies of the following eligibility documents:
