SOURCE OF FUND: General Fund

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (Php1,249,580.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract LOT Procurement of DRUGS & MEDICINES for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center (DOPMC) Laboratory. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the LOT Procurement of DRUGS & MEDICINES for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Hospital (DOPH) - Lupon.
