1. The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Leyte, through the CY 2024 ELECTRIFICATION, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred Seven Pesos and Seventy One Cents (Php 2,843,307.71), being the aggregate Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Upgrading of Electrical System (Overhead System) of schools, Lot No. 1, as described below:

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
