INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government of Bacnotan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors to submit bids for the following contract.

Contract Name: LOT IMPROVEMENT: PERIMETER FENCE/ RETAINING WALL
Brief Description/ Location: CONSTRUCTON OF 64.42 METERS SLOPE PROTECTION, PWD RAMP AND WALKWAY

The BAC is conducting the Public Bidding for this contract in accordance with RA 9184 and the implement ting rules and regulations (IRR).

To be eligible to bid for this contract a contractor must meet the following major requirement (a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB License for size range SMALL B (b) completion of similar contract costing at least 50% of ABC and (c) Net Financial contracting capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC.
