1. Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, the Department of Education - Schools Division of Negros Oriental, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites technically and financially capable bidders to participate in the negotiation for the project: Provision of Office and Other Supplies for 1st and 2nd Quarters of CY 2025 - LOT 5 Office Fixture - Negotiated Procurement) with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos only (₱169,400.00).
