Description : 1. In view of the Two (2) failed biddings, the Department of Education, Division of Davao City, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Ninety-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos only (Php 8,092,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Lot 5: One (1) Lot Provision of Fruit Juices- Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Biddings with No. AMP 25-01-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Department of Education, Division of Davao City now invites Philgephs registered Supplier to bid and submit their best offer for the project under Negotiated Procurement, as allowed under the Revised Implementing Rules (IRR) and Regulations of the Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery period stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements of this Bidding Documents.
