  Description : SCOPE OF WORKS
  
  1. OBJECTIVE
  To maintain the protection of exterior surfaces of the VMMC Buildings and Facilities and
  prevent or minimize destruction/damages caused by harmful exposure to various
  elements.
  
  2. PROJECT DURATION
  2.1. The project duration covering the repainting works of facades/exterior walls,
  including facilities at the VMMC shall be for a period of three hundred (300)
  calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
  2.2. The CONTRACTOR-s proposed Work Plan shown in Gantt Chart, which is a
  mandatory part of the Technical Proposal, should provide a more detailed schedule
  of activities. Unless approved in writing by the VMMC on the written request of
  the CONTRACTOR, the coverage - from mobilization to demobilization - should
  not extend beyond the derivable dates, as indicated below:
