REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF SLSU-BONTOC CAMPUS
(LOT 2-SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF LIBRARY AUTOMATION SYSTEM WITH ACCESSORIES)
1. The Southern Leyte State University, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under its Trust Receipts Fund (TRF) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (₱920,000.00) inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project Repair and Rehabilitation of Various Buildings and Structures of SLSU-Bontoc Campus (Lot 2-Supply, Delivery and Installation of Library Automation System with Accessories). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Southern Leyte State University-Bontoc Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
