Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of various livestock animals for distribution in Palawan under the 4Ks Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC of each lot/items shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:
