Description : The Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation intends to apply the following Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the following projects;

Lot 2 - Supply and Delivery of HighPerformance Workstations, Office Equipment, and Storage Solutions for
TV Production and Editing

Six million two hundred fifty-three thousand eight hundred eighty-one and 33/100 (₱6,253,881.33)

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from March 22, 2025, until April 11, 2025, 9:30AM at the address stated below and upon payment of a non-refundable bidding fee of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php5,000.00) for each lot pursuant to the IRR of R.A 9184, Appendix 8 Guidelines on the Sale of
Bidding Documents.

IBC Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will hold a Pre-bid Conference through video conferencing or webcasting via MS Teams on March 31, 2025, 11:00 AM which shall be open to all interested bidders. Bidders may also attend the conference physically at IBC Engineering Department.
