The Department of Education - Division of Southern Leyte, through the General Appropriations Act ( GAA ) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen Pesos and Thirty-eight Centavos Only (Php 17,316,918.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Each Lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC per SCHOOL and per LOT shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
