INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
LOT 18: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OTHER SURGICAL SUPPLIES

1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanguunian Panlalawigan, CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (Php3,590,473.10) being the ABC to payment under the contract PGAPHO2025-GDS18 / LOT 18: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OTHER SURGICAL SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.

2. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within one (1) year or upon consumption of goods previously delivered from the contract effectivity.
