Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of carabao for distribution in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro under the 4Ks Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:

Tested-free from Brucellosis, Tuberculosis and Surra
Vaccinated against Hemorrhagic Septicemia at least 2 weeks prior to delivery
Dewormed 30-60 days prior to delivery
