1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the Appropriation Ordinance (AO #580) from the DRRM Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Lot 1 CAGAASAN SANITARY LANDFILL INSTALLATION OF WATER SYSTEM and Lot 2 CONSTRUCTION OF MODEL FARM WITH GREEN HOUSE AND WATER SYSTEM / ITB- LNS 2-2025-INFRA-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
