1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Lot 1 & 3: Annual Budget FY 2025; Lot 2: Supplemental Budget No.1 FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty-five Thousand One Hundred Forty-two Pesos Only (P1,935,142.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repairs and Maintenance - Machinery Equipment - Construction and Heavy Equipment under Lot 1: PR No. 100-25-09-1912; Lot 2: PR No. 100-25-09-2027; and Lot 3: PR No. 100-25-09-2028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
