RENT EXPENSES

1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Lot 1-2: Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Pesos Only (P774,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rent Expenses under the following;

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required Lot 1-2: Three Hundred Sixty-five Calendar Days (365 CD). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
