Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR LIBUGANON RIS
1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA Funds of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Five Million One Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos & 65/100 (Php 145,123,936.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LIBUGANON RIS: Construction of Protection Works for Malio Creek Right Side under LMC No. 2025-18 located at Carmen, Davao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 240 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
