Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR LIBUGANON RIS

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA Funds of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Four Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos & 45/100 (Php 174,176,937.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LIBUGANON RIS: Construction of Protection Works for Siphon Structure along Kipaliku River under LMC No. 2025-17 located at Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 240 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
