Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR LIBUGANON RIS

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-Repair-NIS Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Six Million Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos & 61/100 (Php 96,437,379.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LIBUGANON RIS: Repair of Canal Embankment of Main Canal at Lateral B Junction (Right Side Upstream) under LMC No. 2025-13 located at Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 240 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
