Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR BATUTU RIS
1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-Repair-NIS Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Two Million One Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos & 92/100 (Php 92,146,952.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BATUTU RIS: Construction of 320-meter Protection Dike at Lateral A West Area along the Left Bank of Batutu River under LMC No. 2025-10 located at Compostela and New Bataan, Davao de Oro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
