Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SAUG RIS
1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-Repair-NIS Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Five Million Five Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos & 87/100 (Php 245,523,564.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SAUG RIS: Construction of Protection Works at Diversion Canal (Left and Right Side) under LMC No. 2025-08 located at Asuncion, Davao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 240 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
