1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-EPIP Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Million Two Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Four Pesos & 45/100 (Php 239,221,244.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CLUSTER 3 (4 Projects) - Establishment of Pump Irrigation Projects (EPIP) for Davao de Oro (NUEVO ILOCO GIP & MALOKDOK GIP) and Davao Oriental (CATEEL IIS & MANORIGAO II SIS) under LMC No. 2025-07 located at Mawab and Monkayo, Davao de Oro and Cateel and Caraga, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
