Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR CATEEL IIS

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-Resto-CIS Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Four Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos & 23/100 (Php 194,110,337.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CATEEL IIS: Construction of Irrigation Facilities under LMC No. 2025-05 located at Cateel, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 270 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
