Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR NIA REGIONAL OFFICE XI OFFICE COMPOUND DEVELOPMENT

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-Capital Outlay of CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos & 81/100 (Php 2,953,829.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NIA Regional Office XI Office Compound Development under LMC No. 2025-03 located at Davao City, Davao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
