  1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI, through the GAA-Capital Outlay of CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Fifty Seven Pesos Only (Php 4,970,057.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Workstations for NIA XI Regional Office under LMC-G No. 2024-03 located at Davao City, Davao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
  
  2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
