7. BIR Certificate of Registration (for new supplier)
Terms and Conditions:
1. All entries shall be typed or written in a clearly legible manner.
2. Price Quotation shall be inclusive of all taxes, delivery and other incidental costs
3. The price offered shall not be subject to any increase for whatever reason for duration of the contract
