- The “Listeningto the Philippines” (L2PHL) initiative, inspired by the World Bank'sinternational "Listening to" surveys, will involve agile householdsurveys conducted on a nationally representative sample over time. Thesesurveys will provide timely and regular monitoring of core socioeconomiccharacteristics and public sentiment, along with topical modules that can beupdated for each round.The World Bank Poverty team in thePhilippines is procuring a firm to conduct baseline face-to -face and monthly follow-upphone-based data collection of the L2PHL. The assignment will commence in May2025 with the baseline survey to be fielded in July 2025.
