Inclusion:
1. Free installation of LPG pipes to laundry tumble dryer
machine and dietary section, if applicable
2. Preventive maintenance twice a month
3. Schedule of delivery
For Laundry- 4 tanks weekly, every Monday and Friday
For Dietary - 2 tanks every other calendar day
4. Not with standing the schedule of deliveries,
the winning supplier shall deliver within the day
upon receipt of notification to deliver
5. Mode of payment is on a monthly basis per
billing statement
6. Provide four (4) borrowed tanks for Laundry
and six (6) borrowed tanks for Dietary on
initial delivery and regulator
7. Price will vary based on the SRP of the authorized
regulating agency of LPG during the time of delivery.
