Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar contract within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed contract for bidding. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility screen/checking as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC of Barangay Pawa, Tabaco City will conduct post-qualifications of the lowest calculation of bid, economic and advantageous to the procuring entity.
