CITY OF BORONGAN

Invitation to Bid for LIGHTINGS OF TOURISM SITES (SOLAR LIGHTS), BARANGAY DIVINUBO, BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR

1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Capital Outlay, Tourism Office, Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos only (Php3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lightings of Tourism Sites (Solar Lights), Brgy. Divinubo, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for installation of 38 units 40W integrated solar LED streetlight, 10 units of 6m single arm pole with 400 x 400mm concrete pedestal, and 14 units of 6m double arm pole with 400 x 400mm concrete pedestal. Completion of the Works is required Sixty Two (62) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
