The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 80,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Library Records Management System use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
