1) The JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITYDIPOLOG CAMPUS, through the CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Forty-Two Thousand Forty-One Pesos and 67/100 (₱6,042,041.67) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Library Improvement of JRMSU Dipolog Campus Learning Commons 2nd Floor (Civil Works, Furniture and Fixtures) [3rd Rebidding]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
