1. The Negros Oriental State University - Guihulngan Campus (NORSU-G) and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through 164-FID-HEP-Computer fees intends to apply the total sum of TWO MILLION SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE-HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY-NINE CENTAVOS ONLY (Php 2,079,568.99) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item under the project “LEASELINE INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION OF 500 Mbps CIR (Inclusion: Supply, Delivery and Configuration of additional hardware devices of campus wide internet connectivity)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
